Lev Apparel: What's Your Shape

What is my body shape?

Have you ever asked yourself that question before?  If so, you're not alone.  Many women, including myself, have pondered this.  Did you know that there are five body shapes women come in?  They are rectangle, inverted triangle, hourglass, apple, and pear.

Not knowing your body shape can make shopping complicated and getting dressed stressful.  In addition, mainstream clothing manufacturers design for only 8% of American women.  No one design fits all body shapes.

Knowing your body shape can be the key to finding pieces that work with your body's natural contours, not against it.

How can you find out what your body shape is?

You could traverse the internet reading/watching countless YouTube videos and blogs or you could take the body shape quiz made by Lev Apparel.  Lev Apparel focuses on celebrating and highlighting your best features so you can find shopping and getting dressed fun again.

How does the quiz work?

Start by filling out your measurements on the online form.  They make taking your measurements easy by providing user-friendly instructions and images.

The last question in the quiz asks if the measurement of your shoulders is 5% or greater than the measurement of your hips. To answer this question accurately, take your hip measurement and multiply it by 1.05.  Compare the result to your shoulder measurement.  If the figure is equal to or more than your shoulder measurement, then your answer would be yes.

After only five questions, you have your results.

What are the benefits?

The results page gives advice on what patterns/shapes to avoid and what aspects of your body to highlight based on your body shape.  Lev Apparel makes it easy for you to shop by including a link to items specifically designed for your body shape.
