My Review:
FIT & STYLE -
I am typically a size US 6, so based on their size chart I chose a size 6 for all three pairs of shoes. All three pairs fit perfectly! Upon opening each box every pair looked exactly as described on the website. I tried on each pair and immediately noticed the soft, stretchy material and comfortable fit and feel. The loafers and flats are perfect to wear when working from home, they're an upgrade from slippers if you want to feel you got fully dressed for the day. I like the square toe on the flats and heels because it's something different from a classic pointed or round toe. The height and thickness of the Hazel Block Heel are perfect for going from work to play.
CONSTRUCTION & QUALITY -
The shoes are of good quality and made true to size. Both the Jane Flat and Esme Loafer are designed with a 20mm heel thickness, while the Hazel Block Heel is designed with a 50mm heel thickness all three provide support when standing or walking for long periods of time. The two things I struggle with most when searching for a good pair of shoes are arch support and blisters from rubbing up against the material, and these shoes don't miss the mark. The insole of each shoe is designed to offer arch support, absorb sweat, and provide maximum comfort. You can even remove and wash the insole of the Jane Flat or Esme Loafer. Each shoe features a latex pillow located on the back of the heel that prevents blistering and heel slippage. Lastly, the Jane Flat and Esme Loafer are very lightweight shoes, they would be great to pack and wear while traveling.
SUSTAINABILITY -
Each shoe is made with sustainable materials that are derived from recycled plastic bottles that are then transformed into a fabric using 3D Fly Wear TM technology. The Jane Flat and Esme Loafer can be washed in the washing machine. All packaging is made using recycled cardboard and materials to help reduce waste and minimize the impact on the planet. While many other brands price their products 8-10 times above the actual cost Burudani has good partnerships with their manufacturers so they can sell directly to their consumers without the markup.
WORTH THE PRICE? -
Yes, I would definitely recommend these shoes to my friends and family. I feel that they are worth the price because of the quality of construction and comfort.
